In order to start on a recruiting service, we charge a nominal job order fee.  This is used to place an ad on job boards.  This fee is 100% guaranteed.  If we can’t find you a candidate to interview, your job order fee is returned.
This retainer fee, which can be purchased yearly or in 6 month increments, is calculated based on number of openings you will have, how many of those openings may be exclusive to us, if proposal resumes are needed(government contractors) and other factors.  Please call us today for a quote.

 

If a given job order is given to us to recruit on exclusively, you will receive an additional percentage discount off the final fee for direct hires.  This is only available to member clients.
A max fee is an amount that can not be exceeded. Member clients can have a lower max fee.
This service is available to member clients only.  Typically, this service may be needed by government contractors bidding on proposals that may need proposal resumes.  We typically give a certain number of resumes for free per month.  After that amount, we charge $300 per resume proposal.
If your direct hire leaves your firm within the 30 days from initial start date, no direct placement fee is due to us.  If employee leaves between 31-60 days, fee is prorated by days worked but 50% of fee is still due.
There are no conversion fees if our temp to hire candidate stays with us for at least 4 months before converting over to perm to your firm.  If conversion is before 120 days, direct hire fee shall be due.  If you hire a temp that we supplied to your firm within 6 months from last day of engagement, our direct hire fee would be due.
